Visible Light Communication System

The purpose of this project is to send data thrrough the light after recieving the signal from a heartbeat sensor device. The advantages of using Visible Light Communication over Radio frequancy signals are safety and affordability. Another purpose is to test the effeciancy of visible light illumination since it is a more reliable source of energy.
